The Deleting Dad project would like to hear from:
- fathers targeted in parental alienation.
- grown-up children (over 18 only) who are the real victims of parental alienation. Share what it was like growing up in the middle — the confusion, long-term effects, regrets, or reconciliation.
- family of targeted fathers. Parental alienation often erases grandparents and other relatives too. We welcome anonymous stories from the wider family (especially grandparents) of alienated fathers who have been cut off from grandchildren or other relatives.
All contributions will be fully anonymised.
Key points:
- Up to 1,500 words — Share your experience in your own words. This doesn’t need to be more than a simple short paragraph or something longer. It could be an anecdote, essay, poem, whatever feels right.
- 100% anonymous — Avoid any real names, locations, or identifying details. We’ll publish under simple pseudonyms (e.g., Dad A, Dad B).
- If selected — We’ll email you to review any suggested edits and send a Contributor Agreement. You can withdraw anytime.
